Autoclave
An autoclave uses pressurized saturated steam to sterilize instruments, glassware, culture media, liquids, and biological waste. Choice depends on load type, chamber volume, vacuum need, cooling speed, drying, exhaust-air filtration, and safety requirements.

Horizontal
The ZIRBUS LabStar family (LabStar 40/70/100/150/200) spans 44–200L capacities for lab use; 100L-and-up models are also available pass-through. Dry Lab, Quick Lab, Quick Lab Advanced, Safe Lab, and Complete Lab configurations are selectable based on load type.
Vertical
For the vertical subgroup, the ZIRBUS LVSA series (roughly 80–153L; examples: LVSA 40/60, 40/75, 50/60, 50/70) is the primary option. Its top-loading design suits labs sterilizing light loads and bottles.
