Cap
A pharmaceutical cap/seal is a core part of the vial closure system: after the rubber stopper is placed on the vial finish, crimping secures the stopper in place. This category is viewed together with B4 Rubber Stoppers and B5 Vials as one complete vial + stopper + cap/seal system; CCI is never concluded from the cap alone.

Flip-Off
The most common structure for many injectable vials, consisting of an aluminum shell and a removable plastic button for access to the stopper surface. Tear-Off
Used for applications needing a different opening design or fuller access to the closure. Datwyler offers Total Tear-Off and Center Tear-Off configurations.
Aluminum Hole Caps
Aluminum caps with a central opening, for systems requiring a specific access or processing design.
RTU / Sterile Seals
In some R&D, clinical, and low-volume filling lines, ready-to-use components can simplify preparation. West Flip-Off® CCS is offered clean, certified, and gamma-sterilized; RTU/RFS/RTP status should only be stated at the exact SKU level.
