Vial
A pharmaceutical vial is a core primary-packaging component for injectables, vaccines, biologics, lyophilized drugs, and other sensitive products. Vial selection should be based on product type, fill volume, glass material (Type I borosilicate is preferred for sensitive products), neck type, stopper/cap compatibility, and CCI requirements. One subtype from the original source is not yet exactly confirmed and is deliberately not guessed here.

Insulin Vial
Insulin vials should be evaluated for chemical compatibility, CCI, dimensional precision, and stopper/cap compatibility. Type I borosilicate is the default technical reference for sensitive injectable formulations. Note: an insulin vial is distinct from an insulin cartridge (used in injection pens).
Vaccine Vial
Vaccine vials must be evaluated for chemical resistance, formulation compatibility, cold-chain performance, CCI, and fill-finish process for sensitive injectable products. Both SCHOTT Pharma and Gerresheimer reference Type I borosilicate for vaccine applications, and Gerresheimer also offers sterile, ready-to-fill Gx RTF solutions.
Botox Vial
Vials used for botulinum-toxin products typically fall under high-value, low-volume injectable primary packaging. Selection should be based on the actual product specification, fill volume, lyophilized-vs-solution state, and glass/stopper compatibility; no generic vial should be marketed as "Botox-compatible" without drug-manufacturer validation.
Penicillin Vial
The penicillin vial is a common injectable vial format for powder, lyophilized, and liquid products, and remains a recognized commercial term in the Iran market. DWK offers Type I borosilicate serum/injection vials in this range; not every "penicillin vial" is necessarily intended only for penicillin products.
